Its beautiful, especially because I'm so familar with the international symbol for accessabilty. You know, the little wheelchair guy. I used to be a devoted walker, but I'm now a full-time wheelchair user as a result of a spinal cord injury in 1995. Anyway, just wanted to let you know I enjoyed your site, and felt a connection at some level especially when I saw your vegetarian info. I've been an ethical vegatarian for 22 years. We are updating the site at the moment and on some pages our old email address can still be found. "Wheatberriy" is another name for the whole grain wheat....not ground or broken. No, it would still be unlikely that WalMart would have it, however most health food and\or natural food stores do. You'll need to soak them overnight to soften 'em up a bit. Or you can turn them into sprouts by soaking for 3 days...both ways are full of protien and are quite tasty.
