Description
Spread the almonds in
a baking pan and bake until golden brown
Using an electric mixer,
mix the blue cheese, cream cheese and cream until smooth. Season
with Tabasco if you wish. Stir in the parsley and form the cheese
into a ball. Place the almonds on wax paper or plastic wrap. Roll
the ball in the cooled almonds until it is evenly covered with almonds.
Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Decorate with greens
and serve with crackers.
