Eggplant

Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs.
Olive oil
- 1 clove
Garlic, minced
- 1 med.
Green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup
Yogurt
- Salt
& Pepper

Description
Bake the eggplant until it collapses,
mix the pulp with the green pepper and yougurt. Season to
taste with slat and pepper.
