Ingredients
- 1 package of Fete
cheese, broken in small pieces
- 1 small bottle of
Black Olives
- 1 or 2 good sized
Garlic Coves
- 1 sprig of Thyme (finely
chopped)
- 1 sprig of Rosemary
(finely chopped)
- 2 Tbs. Cream or Milk
- Cayenne pepper to
taste

Description
Thin the fete cheese
pieces into a spread using the cream. Mince the garlic and chop
the black olives. Add to the cheese spread, season with the thyme
and rosemary and to taste with cayenne pepper.
