Description
Skin,
stone and mash ripe avocados using a fork or puree with blender
or food processor. Add 3-4tablespoons of lemon juice and 1
or 2 good sized cloves of garlic. Season with salt pepper
and Tabasco. Variations of this basic recipe add tomatoes
or cucumbers, however we prefer more of an avocado flavor.
If living in tropical areas you can add sprigs of fresh cilantro
of culantro.
