 Humus (Lebanon)
   

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
  • 2 Tbs. Tahini
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4-5 Tbs. Lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • Dash Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper
 


Description

Using a blender or food processor puree garbanzo beans with tahini, garlic and lemon juice, water or liquid from the beans can be added to make a dipping and spreading consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne.
