In a med.
bowl stir together all the dry ingredients. In a separate
bowl beat the egg yokes, oil and milk. In a third bow beat
the egg whites to soft peaks. Ad the milk and egg mixture
to the cornmeal and stir enough to moisten. Fold in the egg
whites carefully and spoon into, a greased baking pan, or
you can make muffins. Bake at 400 (F) for 20-25 min or until
golden brown. They are best served warm.
