 Fried Zuchinni (vegan)
 

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbs. Oil
  • 2-3 med. zuchinnis
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Description

Wash and slice zuchinnis. 0ince the garlic. In a frying pan heat the oil, add garlic and zuchinnis.
Fry until golden. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
