Description
Preheat
the oven to 180 C. Cook the lentils in the vegetable bullion
for 30 minutes or until soft. Simmer the carrot, onion, garlic
and walnuts for 15 minutes. Mix the cooked lentils; peas and
the walnut/carrot mix together. Season to taste with salt
and pepper. Place the mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking
dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the mixture.
Place the dish in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
