Description
Preheat
oven to 350° F
Cook the rice until soft. Cook the lentils at the same time,
but in a separate pot with 1 the vegetable bullion and a bay
leaf.
Sauté the onions. When the rice and lentils are soft,
drain and mix together. Add the onions and other seasonings.
Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan and place in the oven.
Bake for aprox. 1 hour.
