 Nut burgers (vegan)


Ingredients (4 persons)

  • 175 gram Mixed Nuts, ground
  • 45-gram whole wheat Flour
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 1 med. Large Carrot, grated
  • 1 pkg. Chopped Spinach, thawed
  • 1 Tb. Sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tb. Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Tb. Soja sauce
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable bullion
  • Pepper
 


Description

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. From the mixture make 8 small burgers and place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Place n the oven on the middle rack and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn the burgers over and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with the carrot/tofu sauce over them.
