Ingredients (4 persons)
- 175
gram Mixed Nuts, ground
- 45-gram
whole wheat Flour
- 1 Onion,
minced
- 1 med.
Large Carrot, grated
- 1 pkg.
Chopped Spinach, thawed
- 1 Tb.
Sunflower seeds
- 2 Tb.
Sunflower Oil
- 1 Tb.
Soja sauce
- 1/4
c. Vegetable bullion
- Pepper

Description
Preheat
the oven to 350F.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. From the mixture
make 8 small burgers and place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Place n the oven on the middle rack and cook for about 10
minutes. Turn the burgers over and cook for another 10 minutes
or until golden brown.
Serve with the carrot/tofu sauce over them.
