Description
Wash the
broccoli and slice flowerettes to include some stem so the
resemble little trees. Steam. Saute the garlic in a large
pan, add the broccoli, soja sauce and seasonings. Make a paste
from the cornstarch using a little water and add to the sauce
to thicken. Warm and serve over rice. It is also nice to add
a bit of white wine to the sauce.
