Description
Peal and
slice the celery into large slices about 1/4 inch thick. Lay
them first in flour then in the eggs, which have been beaten
and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in very hot oil until crispy
and golden on both sides. Serve with baked potato or our favorite
is cheesy rice. I squeeze lemon juice on mine, my husband
prefers sembal olek or Tabasco.
