 Chili (Mexican/American) (vegan)


Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1/2-3/4 cups Soja Granules (reconstituted)
  • Chili powder
  • Dash Lemon juice
  • Salt, Pepper and Tabasco to taste
 

Description

Sauté the onion in a large skillet. Pour all the other ingredients together in and heat. I serve this over rice. With cornbread on the side and of coarse a salad.
