can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 Onion,
chopped
- 1 can
Kidney Beans
- 1/2-3/4
cups Soja Granules (reconstituted)
- Chili
powder
- Dash
Lemon juice
- Salt,
Pepper and Tabasco to taste

Description
Sauté
the onion in a large skillet. Pour all the other ingredients
together in and heat. I serve this over rice. With cornbread
on the side and of coarse a salad.
