 Fettuccine with Artichoke Sauce
   

Ingredients

  • 1 med. Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. Oil
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teas. Basil
  • 1/2 teas. Oregano
  • 1/4 teas. Salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 14 oz can Artichoke Hearts, drained and cut up2 Tbs. Parsley, chopped
  • 2-4 Tbs. Milk
  • 8 oz. Fettuccine, cooked and drained
 


Description

Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil, until tender. Stir in the flour, basil, oregano and salt. Add 2 cups milk . Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in artichoke pieces and parsley. Spoon the sauce over the fettuccine.
