Ingredients

Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves
Garlic, minced

Oil

cup Flour
- 1/2
teas. Basil
- 1/2
teas. Oregano
- 1/4
teas. Salt
- 1/4
cup Parmesan
- 14
oz can Artichoke Hearts, drained and cut up2 Tbs. Parsley,
chopped
- 2-4
Tbs. Milk
- 8 oz.
Fettuccine, cooked and drained

Description
Sauté
the onion and garlic in the oil, until tender. Stir in the
flour, basil, oregano and salt. Add 2 cups milk . Cook, stirring
until thickened. Stir in artichoke pieces and parsley. Spoon
the sauce over the fettuccine.
