Description
Put the
warm water in a bowl, add the sugar and the yeast and allow
to grow in a warm place for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Place
the flour and salt in a bowl and pour the yeast over, add
oil and mix well. Allow to rise in a warm area with a clean
towel over the top.
I roll
out the dough on the cookie sheet, and brush with olive oil.
And spread the tomato sauce ..Then I begin with various toppings,
which ever we prefer that night...Here are some suggestions:
- Artichokes
- Peppers
and Jalapenio Chili
- Spinach,
fete cheese
- Asparagus
and peas
- Black
Olive, Fete Cheese
- Broccoli,
Carrot
The variety
is endless, all as you wish. Topped with a lot of grated cheese
and then baked in the oven for about 15 30 min....yumm.
