Description
Prepare
the tomato sauce including 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, minced
along with the Italian seasonings. Thaw and drain well the
frozen spinach-or cook fresh. Beat the egg into the sour cream
and add the spinach, the other onion and garlic salt pepper
and seasonings.
Spread
a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each cannelloni shell with the spinach mixture. Use a
fork or small spoon to fill them. Lay each one side by side
in the baking dish. Cover with the remaining tomato sauce
and a thin layer of grated cheese. Bake, covered in a 350
oven for 30.45 Min. Uncover for the last 10 min. for a crunch
brown top.
