Ingredients

• 1 lg. Cauliflower
• Spinach sauce (see Gnocchi with Spinach Sauce)
• Sambal Oelek or Salsa

This tastes better than it sounds and is one of our favorites.

Description

Steam the whole head of cauliflower. Puree the spinach sauce over and dot the top with sambal oelek. The combination of all together is absolutely delicious.
