can white beans, drained

cup. chopped parsley
- 1/4
cup. olive oil
- 3-4
Tbs. wine vinegar or cherry vinegar
- 2 cloves
garlic minced
- 1 tsp.
tarragon
- Dash
of nutmeg
- 1/2
tsp. salt
- 1 tsp.
honey
- Dash
of Tabasco

You can use either the small
white beans or the great northern beans. It tastes great with
either, although as a traditional fresh salad it would be
the smaller beans.
