Description
This is
a basic recipe for corn pudding. Melt the butter and gently
stir in the flour making a rue add milk and gently heat, stir
often. Add the corn and chopped onions and gently beaten eggs,
season with pepper. Pour into a greased casserole dish and
bake at 325 until firm to the touch - 20 min or so.
Other
variations include green peppers, chili peppers and or onions,
we enjoy all variations as well as the original.
