 Ginger Sauce (vegan)
   

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs. Rice Vinegar
  • 6 Tbs Sugar
  • 3/4 c Water
  • 2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbs. Gingerroot, finely minced or grated.
This is lovely on a salad for an Oriental meal.


Description

In a saucepan, boil vinegar, sugar water and soy sauce. Reduce to simmer. In a small cup, mix cornstarch to make a paste, add to the mixture and stir until it thickens. Remove from heat and add the ginger. Cool before serving.
