Description
And another quick method...not
as nice as the original version but when in a hurry it tastes
great. Puree 1 can of cooked lentils (preferably lentils with
vegetable pieces-but make sure there is no meat!) Add about
1/2 cup of water to thin. Add the juice from 1 lemon. And
season with salt, pepper, and cumin and a dash of Tabasco.
