Description
Cut the
pumpkin in cubes or small blocks. Remove the seeds and the
skin.
Cut the onion in thin ringlets. Heat the oil in a frying pan
and sauté the pumpkin and onion ringlets.
Add the water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer
for about 20 minutes.
When the pumpkin is soft puree all ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
